With over 25 years of experience across Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Organisation Development, Satyen has worked extensively with large and complex organizations, designing and implementing HR frameworks, competency-based systems, leadership development journeys, and behavioural transformation initiatives. His work spans the entire HR lifecycle—from policy and process design to leadership capability building and executive coaching.
As a Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach trained on ICF Coaching Framework, Satyen combines psychology, NLP, brain-based coaching tools, and adult learning principles to help leaders build self-awareness, enhance decision-making, and lead with clarity, confidence, and accountability. His facilitation style is deeply experiential, reflective, and rooted in real organizational contexts.
